At ESI we understand the importance of validating the effort and time spent into aqcuiring the unique skills necessary to navigate and use our products. We believe that Customer Success starts with knowledge. That’s why we created a certification program for both eLearning and in-person training - helping you grow, advance and earn recognized achievements. Whether you’re upskilling in a product you’re already familiar with, or reskilling into something completely new that ESI offers, we’re here to enable you or your workforce to do just that. We now offer assessments for all of our eLearning courses based on our Standard Training catalog.
Earn a badge by completing the eLearning modules and passing the assessment with a minimum of 80%. Once you pass, you will be awarded with a verified digital badge, which you can broadcast across your social network to friends and colleagues on LinkedIn, Facebook or X.

Pass The Assessment
At the end of the eLearning course, you will be required to pass an assessment within 3 possible tries.
Earn Your Digital Badge
After passing the assessment with the required 80% score, you will receive an email prompting you to accept your digital badge!
Share Your Achievement
Once you’ve accepted your badge, you can share your achievements on LinkedIn and add the new skills to your profile (powered by a Credly integration).
eLearning Badge Earner Support & FAQ
A digital badge is a verifiable, visual representation of a learning achievement. Issued through Credly, our digital badges recognize the completion of specific courses or training milestones and contain embedded metadata that details what you did to earn it.
Currently, badges are issued for eligible eLearning courses on our platform. We are actively exploring ways to extend badging to instructor-led training (ILT) in the future.
To earn a badge, you must complete the full eLearning course and successfully pass all required assessments or tasks associated to the course if applicable. These vary by course and are designed to ensure that the learner has achieved the intended outcomes. For assessments, the pass rate to earn a badge is 80%.
After successfully completing an eligible course, you’ll receive an email notification from Credly (admin [at] credly.com) with Keysight Technologies branding, letting you know that you earned a badge and that your badge is ready to be accepted.
Click the button link in the email ‘Accept your Badge’ and go ahead and follow the steps to create a free Credly account or log in with your existing Credly account, then accept your badge. From there, you can manage, download, or share it on platforms like LinkedIn, email, or your digital resume. Your Credly space is personalized to showcase all the badges and certificates you’ve earned if a different training provider also uses digital badging via the Credly platform.

No problem! Just log in to your Credly account and visit your "Pending Badges" section to accept it. If it’s not there, you can also request a reissue by contacting Credly support.
Credly is the platform we use to issue and manage digital badges. It’s one of the most widely recognized and secure systems for verifying and sharing digital credentials.
You have full control over your badge visibility. In Credly, you can mark your badge as private, meaning it won’t be visible to others or appear in public searches. You can still download and use it for your records.

Instructor-Led Training & Certification
Earn your certificate and engage with our experts during live trainings.
When you attend an Instructor-led training session, you’ll participate in a structured training experience that includes:
- Live sessions with an ESI trainer
- Practical hands-on exercises or guided activities
- Opportunities to ask questions and apply what you’ve learned in real time
After attending the full training and completing the required exercises, you will receive a Certificate of Completion in PDF format. Certificates are issued after the session and delivered via email.
This certificate officially recognizes that you have completed training on the specified topic with ESI. These certificates serve as a formal record of your learning achievement with ESI Group
