  • Secure coherence of sales back-office process
  • Ensure consistency of data within the CRM tool (Sales Force)
  • Ensure compliance with Group policies in relation to order bookings and licence delivery as well as proper and timely implementation of closings
  • Periodic updates of key metrics and notification of irregularities
  • Participation in activities of the SalesOps Team to ensure Group policies related to order booking, licence delivery is properly implemented and to ensure timely closure
  • Managing of changes/rejections to submitted deals, working closely with sales and sales operations
