Additive Manufacturing has been viewed in the Aeronautics and Space industry as a tremendous enabler to reach new horizons : Optimized shapes for mass reduction and mechanical performance, localized maintenance, reduced manufacturing steps… However, the promises of such new technologies are difficult to reach, especially in the scope of both product quality, cost requirements and the strict regulations required by the Aeronautics industry.
In this webinar, we will discuss how Virtual Manufacturing allows the aeronautics community to overcome these challenges, by anticipating both the material quality needed for such demanding applications and the cost effectiveness associated to manufacturability of such parts.
Thursday October 18th - 3pm (CET- Paris Time)
