仕事内容

     This position is open to our offices in Germany and France, locations are flexible.

  • Achieving and exceeding quota for the Partners in the region
  • Maximizing sales to end-customers through strong partnerships and programs
  • Engagements across all levels of Partner organizations 
  • Management of all operational and contractual processes while ensuring 100% compliance
  • Anticipate customer/partner needs, investigate underlying causes and identify short term or long term   solutions
  • Create and lead business development plans over the short to medium term
  • Solve complex, high impact problems
  • Be the voice of the customer/partner within ESI / Keysight
  • Joint Business, account and event planning
  • Developing a suitable cadence of Partner Communications – including weekly calls, QBP’s Pipeline Management and Forecasting
  • Understand the Partners Customer base and Markets that they serve and products that they sell on behalf of ESI / Keysight
  • Motivate and Provide direction to Partner Sales teams and Management
  • Manage the Partners across the region within the established ESI / Keysight codes of Business Conduct

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree equivalent
  • Typically 8+ years of relevant Sales / Channel Sales experience
  • Channel-related experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated people skills, sales skills and communication skills
  • Successful track record of achieving results and managing resources
  • Occasional business travel required – approx. 25%
