- Support of the installation and administration as well as planning of our hardware, software and infrastructure
- Ensuring system availability, analysis and elimination of malfunctions during operations
- 1st and 2nd level support in our Linux environment, gladly also with Windows knowledge
- Asset, incident and change management (ITIL)
- Administration of user accounts and ACLs
- Implementation of measures in the area of data protection and backup (disaster recovery)
- Participation in global IT projects
- Support of the Linux server infrastructure (Red Hat/Debian-based)
