PAM-COMPOSITES is well known for its capability to simulate the manufacturing of structural components reinforced with continuous fibers but it is also used to simulate the thermoforming of non-structural materials made from two or more constituents materials with significantly different physical or chemical properties (MAT, foam, fabric, plastic, trims…).

This will for instance be the case in most Automotive Interior components like dashboards, headliners, door panels, carpet floor…

During this webinar we will present and demonstrate the value of simulation for the prediction and correction of manufacturing defects (wrinkles, delamination, thickness distribution…) on industrial examples of automotive interior parts.
