Aeroacoustics Workshop

The Aeroacoustics Workshop is a great opportunity to learn how Vibro-Acoustics prediction tools in VA One can be coupled with CFD results to predict flow-induced noise without the need for expensive and time consuming physical testing.

The event is dedicated to anyone interested in aeroacoustics who would like to:

• learn how to deploy state-of-the-art simulation capabilities for Aero-Vibro-Acoustics simulation
• see how critical Vibro-Acoustics sources can be visualized from CFD data to assess acoustic component and aliasing effects
• understand how different  mesh densities from CFD and FE can be harmonized
• assess sound levels at nominated measurement points in passenger compartments
• predict sound levels across the frequency range using a combination of deterministic and statistical based prediction tools
• discuss with the ESI team of experts from around the world
• find out 'what's new' in VA One and other topics on which our research and development team is currently working
