PROFIL DE L'EMPLOI

The primary function of this position is to lead ESI business in a sustainable way in South America region, both directly for Small & Medium Size Business (SMB) and indirectly via Channel Partners, ensuring we have the focus and commitment necessary to succeed.

This position will be responsible for developing a business plan containing capacity, marketing activities, and investments to develop and grow SMB accounts. This role is also responsible for informing ESI management of region-specific requirements and any issues / obstacles that may affect short / long term performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting the mutually agreed revenue budget through New Logo acquisitions, Renewals and Turnkey Engineering Services, by focusing on Value Selling.
  • Negotiate contracts with support from other teams, including handling tender documents.
  • Partnering with various teams such as, Technical, Marketing, Development  to implement and execute Territorial Business Plans.
  • Helping to develop ecosystem e.g. Partners, Collaboration with universities.
  • Accurately forecasting through CRM tools such as SalesForce.
  • Ready to close orders virtually as new normal to develop new leads.
  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity in line with company standards.
