JOB PROFILE
Help create new products or improve existing ones, building roadmaps and development plans which are aligned between the company strategy and the software development department.
Contribute to High Level View Roadmaps for a given project
Identify needed resources and expertise (Highlight Gaps or missing expertise)
Cascading down to UX and Architecture based on needs/priorities
Escalate any subject which would need some mitigation at a higher level and contribute to its solving
Precondition to be ensured before execution:
- User Requirements are understood (scope and ideal timing for go to market)
- Alignment on the conceptual approach
- Identification of all stakeholders
- Opportunities for synergies are checked
Provide (Creation/management/dissemination) High Level View Roadmaps for key Programs in respect to priorities defined by product management
Provide (Creation/management/dissemination) Technical Roadmaps for specific contexts aligned with the company strategy
Coordination of the priorities and possible arbitration required between Business Lines, Software engineering and Research and Innovation initiatives.
Facilitate exchange between different stakeholders (experts, UX design, Architecture, User Experience..) to build the best technical approach which will answer the request but also prepare the next steps (for potential extension, for different applications etc..)
During execution phase - support to PMO : continuous iterations on prioritization and capacity when big changes in resource allocations are needed (Facilitate mitigation across Business Lines , proposing different scenarios/ review of the Impact of resource re-allocations on the scope)
