It is a key role for ESI with the “OneESI 2021-2024 Focus to growth” project,

A one-time opportunity for leading the change management and change culture (from techno-push to market/customer pull) within a global software organization (1200 people in 15 countries),

A hands-on position for managing the relationships with our existing partners as well as forming new ones (opportunity to identify, prioritize, and establish new types of partnerships),

A massive impact by designing and executing joint solution developments and go-to-market initiatives with partners,

A range of best-in-class solutions : VPS, IC.IDO etc…

What will be you role ?

You will form a deep understanding of our ecosystem and, identify what good alliance and integration partners look like. You will develop messages and create outbound strategies to attract new partners. You will closely with the ESI team in charge of the market segments management so as to optimize results from partner relationships. You will work hands-in-hands with the Product Senior Director and his teams to ensure integrations are built on schedule and partners have the resources they need to build.

You will develop, monitor and adjust the strategy, ideal partner profiles and engagement tactics to continuously improve results. Additionally, you will develop and implement processes to track partner engagement, revenue, and integration adoption.

YOUR SKILLS

What will you need to be successful ?

A very strong business acumen (12+ years of business development / Partnership experience)

A Proven record of building successful partnerships within the Softwares Industry

A solid technical understanding with the capacity to go into PLM technical topics

History of driving revenue and manage projects in a rapidly evolving organization

Very curious and passionate about technology (PLM) and business development strategy

A real win-win mindset

An evangelist talent for managing and building a wide variety of relationships
