We are looking for an EMEA Field Marketing Specialist focused on Aerospace, based in Paris or Lyon, for a 10 months covering a Maternity leave to contribute to the delivery of best-in-class marketing, building awareness and pipeline globally in support of ESI’s strategy.

You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Global Field Marketing and will be part of the EMEA field marketing team. You will as well interact with global marketing teams, and collaborate with the Sales and Customer Experience teams to drive engagement and pipeline growth

Build and deliver strong, data driven marketing activities and programs to drive pipeline generation and awareness in the region

Evaluate and monitor campaigns and programs performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics to determine success and forecast for potential future investment.

Leverage Global campaigns and assets by adapting them to local marketing requirements.

Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs

Align closely with the sales team in terms of pre/post-activity communication and activity promotion strategy.

Collaborate with global marketing teams by sharing feedback and best practices as well as implement global campaigns in EMEA


5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in enterprise software), demand/lead generation marketing, working with long sales cycles (beneficial to have PLM/ Simulation software industry experience).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent French speaker, plus strong English language skills is a must

Experienced withCRM Software (Salesforce preferred), Power Bi, MS Office products, email automation tools (Pardot) would be very beneficial.

Learn quickly and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional team-mate who has partnered with sales and marketing teams

Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.

Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Track record of delivering marketing results with a strong analytical mindset.

Occasional travel may be required.
