Hydroforming with PAM-STAMP 2G
Hydroforming is not any longer a new process – but still the setup is complex and difficult if it has to be done manually. PAM-STAMP 2G offers a guided way to create the tool layout and process setup in a way to help user getting a stable process faster than without the aid. From a fast strain estimation which gives first feasibility information within minutes of importing the part, through automatic generation of all needed tools, to accurate incremental simulation is all included. Even a new automatic fluid cell which automatically finds the pressure-feed curve is included, making this tool all the hydroforming engineer needs.
