What PAM-RTM can do for you?

PAM-RTM allows process engineers and designers to determine and optimize:

  • The injection/infusion strategy (choice of LCM process)
  • The injection pressure or flow rate
  • The molding temperature (tool and resin)
  • The location of injection gates, vents and vacuum ports
  • The flow media

By predicting:

  • The risk of dry spots creation
  • The risk of fiber washing
  • The risk of voids (intra or inter yarns) creation
  • The filling and curing times
  • The flow front velocity
  • The pressure applied to the mold

PAM-RTM always takes into account the orientations of the fibers of the pre-form as manufactured.
