PAM-STAMP 2G
Document Actions

The PAM-STAMP 2G suite is used extensively in the Automotive, Aerospace, and Electronics & White Goods industries, to predict the manufacturing of a huge range of components, from very small, high precision progressive die parts, right up to full multi-stage bodyside pressings, examining the effects not only of draw dies, but also of the following operations all the way up to hemming.

PAM-STAMP 2G is a very flexible solution, offering users access to advanced functionality if required, but removing the need for users to worry about the technicalities of Finite Elements or numerical methods.

PAM-STAMP 2G has reference users in many different sectors, and is used extensively in shop floor environments, from experienced stamping professionals, through to research and materials specialists who can program their own extensions to PAM-AUTOSTAMP.

Automotive

PAM-STAMP 2G has a very strong representation in the Automotive sector, used in the majority of the world’s Car makers, Automotive materials providers, and a great many component suppliers and toolmakers. The easy connection between PAM-STAMP and PAM-CRASH allows for a far better prediction of the crash performance of a vehicle design.

Aerospace

PAM-AUTOSTAMP has been used for many years by some leading Aerospace companies, to allow them to predict accurately the as-formed condition of components, enabling them to reduce lead times for tooling, and also taking the stamping data into other software, to have a better prediction of in-service performance, and life cycle prediction.
