The successful applicant will be responsible for developing business for engineering services projects in India for ESI.
- Promote the engineering services business with the ESI India team
- Responsible for diagnosing the customer problems and offering a solution by working with the ESI core technical team members
- Responsible for preparing the techno commercial proposals to the customer problems by offering the right solution using the domain expertise available with ESI Group
- In charge of the revenue target for the engineering services business in India
Specific requirements
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering
- 10-12 years of experience in working with the Crash, Safety, Durability and NVH departments of an automotive industry. Experience in working on large industrial projects is advantageous.
- Expertise in some of the renowned FEA software used in various automotive departments viz., HYPER MESH / ANSA, PAM CRASH / LS-DYNA / NASTRAN / Abaqus, LMS Virtual Lab etc. is essential.
- Experienced in running commercials and business development
- The candidate should be a good team player, self-motivated, self-driven and autonomous.
