The successful applicant will be responsible for providing Presales support for VPS business in India with thrust on new business. Also he would be responsible for the post-sales support of VPS business with thrust on renewal business.
- Promote and support VPS business with ESI India team
- Manage customer expectations and demonstrate the strength of ESI VPS solution
- Develop all the existing customers and new customers in terms of offering satisfaction after sales technical support in the VPS domain
- Technical diagnosis and communication of user requirements and enhancements to our R&D teams’ product.
Specific requirements
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from any reputed University College. A Master’s degree is desirable.
- 6 - 8 years of experience in crash, safety and durability domains especially in the automotive industry. Experience in working on large industrial projects is advantageous.
- Expertise on renowned FEA software like HYPER MESH / ANSA and PAM CRASH / LS-DYNA / NASTRAN / ANSYS is essential.
- The candidate should be a good team player, self-motivated, self-driven and autonomous.
