Liaising with the Product Marketing Directors and Product Managers, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for defining and implementing the Operational Marketing Plan related to assigned product lines.
He/she is responsible for:
- Producing and Delivering Product Launch Plans and migration plans
- Producing and dispatching sales tools (sales kits, presentations, brochures, flyers…)
- Producing promotional items (posters, advertisements, success stories, product news articles…)
- Regularly updating web pages related to VP solutions
- Consolidating competitive information
- Managing direct marketing operations and lead-generation programs
- Defining and executing specific marketing programs (with hardware partners or third-party)
- Managing seminars and exhibition organisation in collaboration with local partners
- Gathering Customer references
- Keeping a database up-to-date related to his/her product lines (images, videos, papers, customer feedback…)
- Working in close collaboration with Marketing and Corporate Communications
- Being the privileged contact for technical press related to his/her product line
- Liaising with the various subsidiaries on marketing plan implementation
- Working on the CRM to track return on investment of marketing campaigns
Some travel required.
Specific requirements
- Skills & Experience
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- Marketing background and experience. Previous international work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, able to handle a high-pressure environment, comfortable with technical content. An autonomous worker, self-motivated, able to multi-task, set priorities and respect deadlines. Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment, tracking projects in multiple locations, cooperating with teams based worldwide.
