Chairman and CEO since 28, January 1991. Founder of ESI Group Company, Alain de Rouvray has been the General Manager since its creation. He holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Paris (1967), a degree from La Sorbonne (Economic sciences (1967), and a Ph.D. in civil engineering from the University of California, Berkeley (1971). Alain de Rouvray started his career as Research Engineer at Ecole Polytechnique (Solid Mechanics Laboratory) in 1972; he then became Director of the Advanced Mechanics Department for the international software subsidiary of CISI Group from 1972 to 1976. In 1973, he founded ESI S.A. and was the CEO and Commercial Director from 1973 to 1990.

| Dr. Vincent Chaillou | |

ESI Group Product Operations President & COO. Board member since July 1st, 2004 Vincent Chaillou holds a PhD in civil engineering from the Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées (1973) and an engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique (1971). Before joining ESI Group in 1994, he was General Manager of the AEC business unit of Computervision for worldwide operations (which has now merged with PTC). During his 16 years with Computervision, he served several management positions in sales, marketing and general management, specifically of Asia-Pacific. From 1994-1998, he was Regional Vice-President for the American territory within ESI Group, and since May 2004 CEO of ESI Software India and ESI US R&D.

COO Field Operations Dr Christopher St.John holds a Ph.D. in civil engineering from Imperial College in London, England. Prior to joining ESI Group in July 2008, Dr Christopher St.John served in several executive roles at MSC.Software, including head of their Operations in Europe and later in Asia Pacific. He brings 30 years of experience in general management in the CAE and enterprise simulations software industry. |

Executive Vice President for Services Operations. He is also CEO of ESI Group subsidiaries: Nihon ESI in Japan, Hankook ESI in Korea and Zhong Guo ESI in China. Graduated Engineer of the University of Liège (1974) and Doctor in Mechanical Engineering of Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Metiers (1985), Dr. Kisielewicz joined ESI S.A. in 1988 after having held positions of Project Engineer and Project Manager in Venezuela with the company Sybetra, in Belgium with the company Electrobel, in France with the companies Framatome and Impell Inc., and in the USA for the company EDS Nuclear. Tom Kisielewicz is a co-founder of Nihon ESI in Japan.

Human Resources Director A graduate in political science from Institut des Sciences Politiques Paris who also holds two BA in Law, Olivier Pradal brings in a wealth of experience culled from software editors Open Text and Hummingbird where he was HR Director for Southern Europe, and Leonard’s Logic, a start-up subsequently acquired by Hummingbird where he created the HR and the legal departments.

Chief Financial Officer Nanno Wams has law degrees in Dutch and international law from the University of Amsterdam (1983) and an MBA degree from the HEC School of Management in Paris (1991). He started his professional career in 1983 as an attorney-at-law in the Brussels and Rotterdam office of Loeff and Van Der Ploeg, a law firm now practicing under the name Loyens & Loeff. He joined in 1987 the M&A team of ABN Bank, based in Amsterdam. From 1991 to 2006 he held various finance positions with Lafarge based in France, and as CFO in South Korea and Germany. In 2006, Nanno Wams joined Sodexo to become the CFO of their Remote Sites & Asia-Australia Division, based in Paris, where he initiated and oversaw the implementation of a new division finance organisation.

Operational Vice President for Product Development Dr. Shah holds a Ph.D. in Computational Mechanics from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Before joining ESI Group in 2006, Dr. Shah has worked with a number of technology companies in a consulting capacity including ESI Group to assist them to enhance their technical offerings to the market. Dr. Shah brings over 20 years research and working experience in computational modeling, simulation, and large-scale numerical analysis of complex systems. Dr. Shah has developed breakthrough methods in numerical discretization, error estimation, and adaptive computational solution techniques. He is best known in the industry for his long tenure as a Corporate Officer and Technology Executive at Ansys Corporation.

Scientific Director Dr Argiris Kamoulakos has of a BSc (Honours) degree in Aeronautics from The City University, London in 1980 and two MS, one in Aeronautics and Astronautics and the second in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, Boston in 1982. In 1987 he obtained a Ph.D. in Aeronautical Structures from Imperial College of Science Technology and Medicine in London. Dr Argiris Kamoulakos joined ESI Group in 1994 bringing more than 20 years of industrial experience in the applications of the Finite Element Method. His expertise covers linear/non linear as well as static/dynamic industrial application developments. He worked for WS Atkins R&D, ZENTEC (MARC UK), SAMTECH and SONACA. He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAeS) and an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). |
