Payment

Payment will be made by bank transfer. Once you have completed the online registration process, you will receive a proforma invoice including all payment instructions.

Cancellation Policy

Upon written cancellation:

- before February 1, 2010,  payment will be reimbursed at 100% 
- before February 19, 2010, payment will be reimbursed at 60%
- before March 19, 2010, payment will be reimbursed at 40%

After March19, 2010, payment is non-refundable.
