Innovation Trophy, awarded by Syntec Numerique & Ernst & Young, 2011
A Chamber counting over 1100 member companies, including 550 software editors, Syntec Numérique has gathered a jury presided over by Jean-Bernard Schmidt, founder of Sofinnova, and constituted of senior executives from DailyMotion, Epita Facebook, HP France, IT-Translation and Ubisoft. They selected and assigned awards to the four best performing French companies for the specific categories of: Innovation, International Development, Social Gaming and 'Next Generation' business models.
Truffle rates the Top 100 Software Companies in France, with ESI Group in the 8th position.
The Truffle 100 highlights the top French software firms and underscores the potential of these companies, whose success is crucial for the French market. This year ESI Group was number 8, two ranks higher than last year (10th position in 2008).
The Truffle 100 is compiled from survey research. It was initiated by Truffle Venture, a leading European Venture Capital firm, CXP, a Market Research Organization focusing on Software, and IDC, the premier global market intelligence firm. The Truffle 100 was first launched in France two years ago and instantly became the reference for the local software industry.
Innovation Certification Award - 2007 - Germany
Innovation Certification Award delivered by AWT the German Association for Materials and Heat Treatment to ESI GmbH represented by Harald Porzner, Welding and Heat Treatment Product Manager, & Michael Vogel, Dipl. Engineer, for their active collaboration in expert committees and project accompanying boards.
IIW Kenneth Easterling Best Paper Award – 2006 – Graz, Austria.
For the 8th International Seminar on Numerical Analysis of Weldability, 19 papers were submitted for which work had been carried out in parts using ESI Group’s SYSWELD software. The Kenneth Easterling Best Paper Award went to Mr. Christopher Schwenk from Volkswagen Group, who carried out simulation work using SYSWELD on Sensitivity Analysis of Welding Simulation depending on material properties value variation.
ESI Group picks up the 2006 Frost & Sullivan European Technology Leadership of the Year award.
ESI Group's ProCAST 2005 foundry simulation software was granted the Frost & Sullivan's 2006 European Technology Leadership of the Year award in digital simulation for prototyping and manufacturing processes. Read more.
"COMPOSITES 2004 RTM" awarded to François Trochu and Raymond Gauvin.
This award was granted for the achievements of these researchers on the modeling and digital simulation of composites manufacturing by injection over reinforcements (Resin Transfer Molding process : RTM).
"Innovative Enterprise" qualification by ANVAR.
ESI Group received the label of "Innovative Enterprise" from the French Agency for Innovation (ANVAR) in 2000 and the last renewal was in july 2007. This qualification rewards the major R&D activities carried out since ESI Group's creation for the development of solutions with very high added value.
